| Directions fromVenice and Santa Monica: Take the I-10 (Santa Monica) Freeway East until one exit after you cross the 405 (San Diego) Freeway. Exit the I-10 Freeway at the exit marked "National Boulevard / Overland Avenue". At the end of the exit ramp turn right and go 100 feet until you reach Overland Avenue. Turn right onto Overland Avenue and go about 8 blocks until you reach Pico Boulevard, which is a large intersection with stop lights. Turn right onto Pico Boulevard and go 2 and ½ blocks on Pico. The Bankruptcy Law Firm will be on the right (South) side of Pico. The 10524 building is after you cross Prosser and before you get to Patricia. Patricia is the street at the west edge of Ranch Park park. If you reach Patricia you have gone ½ a block too far. The Bankruptcy Law Firm is ½ block west of the west edge of Rancho Park park. You will see The Bankruptcy Law Firm signs on the front of the 10524 Pico building. The 10524 building is a two story cream colored building with a florist shop on the first floor. The Bankruptcy Law Firm is on the second floor, Suite 212. |

| Parking Instructions: If it is after 10am there is meter parking on Pico for 25¢ per half hour. The Bankruptcy Law Firm also has two reserved spaces in the parking lot of the building immediately west of the 10524 Pico building, marked with a large sign that says "Parking Reserved ONLY for The Bankruptcy Law Firm". There is a driveway into to that lot from Pico Boulevard, and the spaces are behind the building. There is also free parking ½ block east of the 10524 building, at Rancho Park, the public park. The Bankruptcy Law Firm is on the second floor of the 10524 building. After you park, walk up the stairs at the west end of the 10524 building and walk down the hall to Suite 212. |
